Who better to get physical with than your significant other? We of course are talking about working out. The studio is the perfect space to workout with bae, for reasons that will not only help you reach your fitness goals, but also make you and bae, relationship goals.

One of the best people to hold you accountable are the ones who love you, and truly have your best interest in mind; there’s no one more perfect to take on that role than bae. When you win, they win; and vice versa. One of the main reasons people fall out of their fitness journey, is lack of accountability - bae is an amazing accountability partner because you know they truly care and want to see you be your absolute best self. Being your best selves benefits the both of you!

2. YOU INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF LEVELLING UP TOGETHER

We are an average sum of the people we spend the most amount of time with; is it safe to say that bae is one of them? It’s been scientifically proven that when one person in the relationship makes a positive health-related change, it is more likely for the other to do the same.
