1. GLOVES: at One Life Physique, our workouts are a combination of cardio and strength training routines; which means, on any given day we may incorporate weights. Consider purchasing workout gloves to protect your hands.
2. WATER. Keeping hydrated is very important. Bring your own bottled water, or purchase one at the studio for $1.
3. WORKOUT CLOTHES: We encourage you to wear workout attire that make you feel confident.
Avoid eating any medium to large size meals at least 2 hours prior to class. If you’re hungry opt for a piece of fruit, or slice of whole grain toast, instead.
